Familysh Coffee & Organics started as the dream of two 22-year-olds — myself Serge and my wife, Leyla. We wanted to build something from scratch that would bring joy to every person we served and create something people could truly feel part of — like family.We imagined a fresh and Organic kind of mobile café — one that served premium espresso, organic açaí bowls, and real superfood smoothies with intention and care.

A business that could pop up anywhere and still feel personal, warm, and rooted in something real. We wanted to bring high-quality, health-focused options to the streets of LA in a way that felt approachable, creative, and full of heart. The idea came in 2022, and we took our first real steps toward it that year. In 2023, Familysh officially hit the road. Now, it’s been three years of operating — and while there have been amazing moments, the beginning was incredibly hard. That first year? Non-stop work, long days, almost no Return— just raw effort.

The only reason we made it through was because we were a family.When things got tough, my brother Mark and my mom Varduhi stepped in, fully. They didn’t just support us — they became part of the team. Together, we all rolled up our sleeves, showed up, and kept going. It took time to see the first small wins, but we stayed united around the bigger vision. Everything we did — every coffee, every event — had family care and love poured into it.
